  • Build and manage long lasting partnerships with software partners
  • Identify and source partnership opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls, emails and client visits.
  • Collaborate with senior management to align our internal goals with new and existing partner relationships.
  • Manage the whole partnership lifecycle: prospecting, closing, onboarding, provide the best partner’s experience
  • Demonstrate ability to close deals and think creatively around user needs, partner opportunities and potential solutions
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the direct supervisor
  • Provide regular reports

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing/Business or equivalent practical experience
  • 6 years of experience in sales / business development / partnership, preferably in B2B SaaS platform software and/or startup experience
  • Proven experience in partnerships, business development or any relevant
  • Intrinsic drive to be successful with a “figure it out” mentality and track record of success
  • Experience in working with cross-functional groups
  • High level of attention to detail, strong multi-tasker
  • High degree of initiative and ability to work independently
  • Ability to speak and write in English and Indonesian fluently and idiomatically.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills:

  • Have a good analytical skills in understanding the needs, satisfaction, market segmentation model
  • Existing network and relationships with the Accounting / ERP software of top companies and/or with IT software firms
  • Strong negotiation skills, communication skills and project management skills, creative thinker and team player
  • Experience driving growth in an ambiguous and complex environment as the business grows
  • Entrepreneurial and curious in nature, hungry for growth and responsibility
  • High level of comfort with technology and able to learn new technologies quickly
  • Strong interpersonal skill
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
