  • The candidate will develop and create engaging content for our customers about a variety of topics related to taxation in Indonesia, and Online Tax products & service offerings.
  • Have prior experience working with a Content Management System (CMS) and email marketing service
  • Knowledge of OnlinePajak products and tools like Mautic ,Mandrill ,Hotjar etc would be an advantage.
  • Develop campaign strategy and direction by crafting, launching and optimizing campaigns across multiple channels, e.g., email, mobile, SMS
  • Analyze marketing campaigns vs. goals/objectives and drive the creation of content to meet top line goals
  • Identify customer needs and gaps in content in order to recommend new topics passion for user experience and customer satisfaction

The ideal candidate will be a customer-focused, results-oriented, self-starter, possess strong communication skills, enjoy working in a multitask, detail oriented and deadline driven department. Creativity, initiative and strong organizational skills are essential. Must be a proactive, positive team player with previous experience and the desire to develop.

  • Identify creative methods to engage our customers promote use of our product suite.
  • You are an out of the box thinker, with a pragmatic, data-driven and analytical mindset.
  • Experience driving growth in an ambiguous and complex environment as the business grows.
  • Experience with multi-channel user communication and marketing automation systems you'll have a data-driven approach to optimization.
  • Passion in understanding user behaviour and pain points using data.
  • Familiar with SAS (Software As Service)
  • Language proficiency in English and Indonesian will surely be an added advantage.
